Hey there! I am an entrepreneur and HR expert. I am the CEO and founder of CYB Human Resources, a completely virtual outsourced HR firm, currently headquartered in Colorado. With over a decade of experience in HR, I wanted to create a safe space for HR professionals to connect and grow their skills and careers. I look forward to seeing you all in my community!

After completing my studies in psychology at Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, I gained valuable experience through various in-house HR roles. 


Recognizing the opportunity to make a significant impact on small and growing businesses, I founded CYB Human Resources in 2015. This decision has proven to be one of the most rewarding and fulfilling choices of my career. 


At CYB, we specialize in supporting  growth-focused businesses by developing their HR infrastructure and  providing day-to-day guidance on a wide range of employee relations  matters.

When began my HR journey, through my HR Assistant days, to when I launched  CYB Human Resources in January 2015, to today, I wished for a community of HR experts and entrepreneurs to connect with.

As an HR Assistant years ago, I had a defining moment when someone asked me, "Are you sure you want to be in HR?" Their cautionary advice about the challenges of maintaining boundaries and confidentiality in HR stuck with me.


Navigating HR can be tough, especially when facing new and complex issues without a support network. That's why I believe in the power of a community of HR professionals who understand the industry's intricacies and can provide guidance and support.

The goal for this community is to provide a safe space for all HR Professionals, from those considering pivoting into Human Resources, and those who have been in their professional HR role for years. 


HR is a dynamic and challenging field, and not everyone grasps its complexities. That's why I built this community for HR professionals. 


This is a safe space to ask questions, share experiences, and receive real-time advice and ideas to tackle HR challenges head-on, with a team of other HR Experts behind you!
